So, this just happened. Actually it was re-enacted 30 seconds after it occurred. I wasn’t feeling that into my workout but went for a run and returned home to see my watch didn’t record the run. Now it’s as if the run never happened.

I have added three weekly live stream classes to my site, which are open to all participants.

After nearly two years of online teaching, I've got this format down! I've created a wonderful fitness community with effective workouts, humor, and fantastic music playlists. I promise to get your heart pumping, correct your form and give you the most convenient, energetic workout you've ever had with the convenience of not leaving home.

I serve all levels of fitness experience and give modifications for those just getting into a workout or recovering from injury while pushing my athletes to their next exercise threshold.
