Drama Island Merced

Celebrating 10 years of Drama Island we also want to thank Playhouse Merced for providing a home for 13 seasons.

Started as a crazy game show with 20 to 30 something people in the audience, which grew to the final episode of season 13 being close to packed.

All the contestants can tell you...one of the fun challenges was having a game show coincide with whatever set design would be up for the various shows playing. It was a fun time...which saw a LOT of challenges in that space and on the theatre floor. Thank you!

Based on the short stories of John Derby, this play is written and performed by creative minds from the Young Artists Conservatory at Playhouse Merced.
It's an entertaining show for the whole family, and tickets are only $10 for adults, $5 for students.
