In case you missed the notice, we're having a FREE catered reception for the festival TOMORROW at the Arts Center. The reception is open to the public, and its FREE. As is the FREE food and the FREE music! We're also giving out FREE high five hugs! The only thing you'd have to pay for is beer, which we have, after which you get a FREE Commemorative Bottle Cap!
