Lots of planning has gone into protocols to re-open and we are confident, as always, that we are providing our clients with a safe and healthy environment to improve their bodies and minds!

A message to our Studio Family,

The past several days have been full of constantly changing events due to the COVID-19 outbreak. This outbreak is affecting many areas of our daily life, and we want to assure you that cleanliness and safety are our top priority. We want you to know that, as always, we are fully committed to providing you a safe and healthy environment to workout in.

We continue to practice our normal cleaning protocol (disinfecting equipment after each class, plus deep cleaning weekly), but we want you to know that we have increased our cleaning procedures as extra precaution. In addition to the normal routine, we are disinfecting all surfaces and handles multiple times throughout the day.

We continue to offer hand sanitizer and encourage you to use the dispenser located at the front door when you enter and exit The Studio. We also have hand sanitizers throughout The Studio, and we encourage use of these during your sessions as needed.

In order to keep The Studio clean, healthy and safe, we ask the following of you:
• Please stay home if you have any signs of the virus (fever, difficulty breathing, or coughing).
• Wash hands frequently and use hand sanitizer when washing isn’t an option.
• If you sneeze, cough or blow your nose, please be sure to wash/sanitize your hands before returning to equipment.

Wearing grip socks during Pilates and workout gloves can also add an extra layer of protection.

We will get through this together and come out stronger on the other side. We will remain open for business as usual and continue to operate as usual unless instructed otherwise.
