🌟Keeping MCCAA Connected: Meet the IT Team🌟
Meet Jorge & Simone... our MCCAA IT duo who keep everything running smoothly behind the screens 💻
👨💻Jorge is our IT Manager and go-to problem solver bringing over 10 years of experience and quickly making an impact by resolving Wi-Fi issues within his first month, upgrading access points and improving connectivity across staff and guest networks.
👩💻Simone is our Network Specialist, keeping systems steady, secure, and on track. She helps everything from day-to-day troubleshooting to configuring advanced equipment across multiple sites.
Together, they’ve led major projects like the successful rollout of our new phone system configured from the ground up across all departments and locations, going live smoothly on day one! Together, they’re the reason emails send, systems stay up, and “tech issues” don’t turn into “full-blown emergencies.” Thank you for keeping us connected, supported, and running strong! 💪
