We’re still hard at work getting Mint Asian Kitchen ready to reopen after the fire. The cleanup process is going well, and we’re making steady progress each day. While it’s taking a little time, we’re focused on making sure everything is safe, fresh, and better than ever before we welcome you back.

In the meantime, we wanted to share a little glimpse of what makes our food so special. 🌿 Here’s a photo of our kaffir lime tree from my parent’s back yard, sourced straight from California, which we use to bring that bright, aromatic flavor to our curry dishes. Quality ingredients have always been at the heart of what we do, and that won’t change.

Yesterday morning, on January 18th, our kitchen experienced a fire incident that triggered the sprinkler system, resulting in significant cleanup efforts. The restaurant has heavy smoke damage. Consequently, the restaurant will remain closed until further notice. 😢
