M.E. Osborne

M.E. Osborne is proud to partner with Signature Health for their newly constructed Signature Health Painesville Campus. The campus will ultimately provide approximately 5,000 new patients with care each year. Services will include family practice, internal medicine, OB-GYN services, psychiatry, dentistry, disease screening and prevention services, counseling, and substance abuse treatment.

M.E. Osborne Construction worked closely with Signature Health and the Development Fund of the Western Reserve (DFWR) on the complete renovation of a 32,000 square feet office building into their new state-of-the-art medical complex. DFWR’s financial support included $6.5M in federal and $1M in state New Markets Tax Credits to this project. By providing care to an underserved area, the Painesville Health Campus is well-positioned to improve Lake County’s medical and economic well-being for years to come.

We're wrapping up Phase 1 of the "Canal Place Apartments" project in Akron, OH. Featured images are of the model 1-bedroom units. This phase includes 3 stories of residential units with various floor plans.
