Support the operations users in AX Dynamics

Analyze, document, design, specify, program, or automate business processes.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for usage of corporate business applications.

Train users on business process with Ax Dynamics.

Respond to the needs and questions of business application users concerning the operation of various software programs.

Develops and communicate standards for use, operations, and security of business applications.

Communicate with other departments to report and resolve software and procedure issues.

Act as a liaison between IT and business users to develop system solutions and improve processes consistent with organizational objectives.

Researches and evaluate new technologies.

Competencies/Experience/Education requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience and knowledge of the operations processes and functionalities in AX Dynamics 2012

Ability to work with others in a positive team environment and to generate enthusiasm among team members.

Experience in working with and/or implementing AX Dynamics.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in writing queries and working with report writers.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

Prior experience in AX a must. AX implementation a plus.

· Manages payroll shared services center processing over 407,000 payments to 25,000 executives, physicians, and hourly and salaried employees. Responsible for all daily payroll operations. Pays employees accurately, timely, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Directly oversees 11 staff members, and is responsible for ensuring their work output is satisfactory and their concerns are resolved. Is responsible for all hiring and related personnel decisions, completing routine performance review evaluations, training, scheduling, and the like. Demonstrates progressive leadership and effective management to properly allocate resources, evaluate and develop a strong team.

· Provides services in a cost effective and efficient manner while maintaining a strong internal control environment.

· Time is spent on corporate payroll strategy, planning, communications, and education surrounding payroll functions and processes.

· Manages payroll tax and garnishment processes coordinating between outsourcer and constituents. Ensures garnishments are collected and paid in compliance with the appropriate legal orders

· Primary interface with internal and external auditors and local, state, and federal agencies. In coordination with Internal Audit and third party recovery firms, conducts audits of payroll and payroll tax processes to ensure compliance with SOX and financial controls.

· Participates as an integral member of cross-functional teams to forge relationships to implement business process improvements through integration with Business, Human Resources, and Payroll personnel and processes.

· Maintains performance metrics to monitor operations to support fact-based decision making.

The Supervisor, HR Services is responsible for the management and performance of the HR Service Center, HR Operations and Leave of Absence teams, and leads related projects to enhance and support the needs of all employees.

Among other duties, the Supervisor will:

1. Hire, develop, engage and manage HR Service Center, HR Operations and Leave of Absence staff.

2. Monitor customer service standards including volume, turn-around times and quality.
