Juneteenth, celebrated on June 19, commemorates the emancipation of those who were enslaved, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. Today, we recognize and celebrate this important day of freedom and reflection. We honor its significance and the importance of learning from our shared history.

We're honored to be recognized as the 2026 Nonprofit of the Year by the Waukesha County Business Alliance!

This award belongs to our entire YMCA community, including our members, participants, donors, volunteers, staff, and partners.

Together, we served more than 55,000 people across Waukesha County in 2025, and we're grateful for the opportunity to make a difference every day.

Tri County Elite took the floor last night and came away with a hard-fought 1-1 record! Proud of the effort, energy, and teamwork our boys showed throughout both games. We're continuing to grow, compete, and get better every time we step on the court.

Elliot earned this week's honors by doing all the little things that help teams win. He was relentless on the boards, attacked every rebound with determination, and never gave up on a play. His hustle and effort set the tone for the team all night long.
