Exciting to see EE’s own Laura Kusumoto, XR Program Manager, highlighting the success of our VR wellbeing pilot program in Forbes!

As Laura explains, the program tested the use of stress management apps on the Quest 2 to help employees improve their mindfulness and focus. The results? After 30 days, participants reported an average of 35% improvement in their perceived stress levels!

Laura and her team are now working to expand the pilot program and test more uses of XR to make a positive impact on our wellbeing and mental health. We can’t wait to see the results! 🎉
