So proud of my client- she has been working so hard for the last 20 months training with me and has made some lifestyle changes and has lost 48 pounds, 4 inches off her waist, 4 inches off her hips, and 2.5 inches off her thighs!! You can really see her body composition has changed and she building lean muscle! So proud of her!!
