10,000 Racks BBQ

Last Saturday we did our only competition this season in Big Lake for a Beyond the Yellow ribbon event. Chicken we finished 13th out of 22.(skin was our enemy) Ribs managed a 8th out of 22, not bad up against some serious teams. Overall 11th place. On the plus side we did take 4th in people’s choice and walked with some cash! Congrats to all the winners we hope to be back in full mode next season.
