We’re excited to welcome Nicole Mansour as Director of EpicenterU.

Nicole’s background spans startups, corporate innovation, and early-stage advising, with a focus on supporting founders and bringing new ideas to life. She began her career at a Series B startup through Venture for America, later worked in digital innovation strategy at AstraZeneca, and most recently supported founders while completing her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth.

At Epicenter, she’ll lead EpicenterU, expanding access to entrepreneurship education across the Delta region and strengthening connections between founders, resources, and opportunities across the ecosystem.

As a Memphis native, Nicole is excited to be back—investing in the people and ideas shaping what’s next for the region.
