Because I’ve actually been featured in I figured I’d honor The South … with a taste … Somewhere between memory and creativity… the flavors started talking.

I wasn’t trying to do too much. I just let the South speak.

Introducing my “Taste of the South” Flight ✈️ a trio that carries history, comfort, and just enough edge to keep it interesting:
• Fried green tomatoes topped with Alouette cheese, sweet corn, and bacon
• Deviled eggs finished with a warm spiced paprika
• Crispy fried pimento cheese paired with pepper jelly

This didn’t come from a recipe book.
This came from knowing what these flavors feel like… and then asking, “What happens if I honor it but elevate it?”

Because creativity, when it’s real, doesn’t force…
it flows.

And when the flow is right, it connects the past to the present without losing its soul.

This right here?
It’s not just a plate.

It’s the South… reintroduced.
