On yesterday, our youth and several community youth gathered for :OPERATION: DON’T FORGET ABOUT ME 💙

What an AMAZING and NECESSARY night of ministry for our youth and young adults! 🙌🏾

We created a space where our babies could be HEARD, SEEN, and REMINDED THAT THEY ARE NOT FORGOTTEN.

Our youth were given the opportunity to submit questions anonymously. No names. No embarrassment. No fear of being singled out. Just REAL questions from young people facing REAL issues.

They were then able to sit in a safe space with a licensed, Holy Ghost-filled counselor who addressed their questions with professional knowledge, compassion, wisdom, and FAITH! 🙏🏾💙

And while our babies were in their session, the Evangelism Team and parents were INTERCEDING on their behalf! 🔥

We prayed for their minds.
We prayed for their hearts.
We prayed for their futures.
We prayed about the things they have told us… and the things they haven’t found the words to say yet. 😭🙏🏾

But we didn’t stop there!

Following the counselor session, our youth were divided into cell groups, where we intentionally prayed over four major issues our youth are battling today. We didn’t just talk about the problems. WE TOOK THEM TO GOD IN PRAYER! 🙌🏾🔥

Then we all came together in ONE LARGE CIRCLE. We connected. We touched. We agreed. We prayed. And we declared together that IT IS FINISHED! 🙏🏾🔥

Because sometimes our babies need to see that they don’t have to fight alone.

THIS WAS MORE THAN AN EVENT. THIS WAS MINISTRY.

And yes… after we prayed, cried, talked, and poured into our babies… WE ATE! 😂🍕🍗

Pizza and wings to end an unforgettable night of fellowship! 🙌🏾

We are not just raising young people who know how to have church. We are fighting for a generation to be whole, healed, heard, covered, and anchored in GOD!
