Karen Nicely is the Community Engagement Manager at Collage Dance Collective, where she supports a space that brings world-class ballet training and performance to the community. Collage nurtures young dancers, promotes diversity in ballet, and creates opportunities for artists to grow and share their passion for dance.

Meet Dena!

Dena Nance is the Executive Director of the Woman’s Exchange of Memphis, a historic nonprofit on Racine Street in Binghampton. The Woman’s Exchange includes a marketplace for local makers, a sewing room creating heirloom children’s clothing, a tearoom, an event space, and community outreach programs. Together, these efforts carry forward the organization’s long-standing mission of “Helping Others Help Themselves.”
