It is hot and the Memphis summer is in full blast 🔥 which is more the reason to keep training with Tim Adair. He will have me ready for my expedition across Iceland!!

I have just a couple months until I join 12 cyclists and the International Myeloma Foundation as we ride bikes from Reykjavík, Iceland up to the Highlands, spreading awareness and raising money to find a cure for Multiple Myeloma.
