MMS Hall of Fame 2026: Claudette Shephard, MD

We are very excited and proud to be honoring our very own Dr. Claudette Shephard as one of 10 inductees into the Memphis Medical Society's inaugural Hall of Fame next Saturday, April 25, 2026, 6 p.m. at the Memphis Botanical Gardens. Her family will be in attendance, and many of us will be there to enthusiastically support her and celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Society. It is also a good time to reflect on the many things MMS/TMA does to promote women's health in Shelby County and across the state - things that Dr. Shephard has herself been promoting for many many years!

Medical students and residents are members free of charge. Those fellows and attendings who are members: thank you for your support - those of you who are not yet members: please consider joining at the gala or at any other time. It's never been more important.
