DRM is pleased to announce that one of its founding members, Robin H. Rasmussen has been approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee as a Rule 31 listed mediator.

Dinkelspiel Rasmussen & Mink is looking for an energetic associate to join its growing litigation department. Applicants must have strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail, and strong legal writing skills. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Communicating with clients;
Preparing pleadings;
Reviewing discovery;
Appearances in Court; and
Legal research
