Hey, I just wanted to share a few quick tips on protecting your baby from EMFs. Did you know that a baby’s brain doesn’t fully develop the blood-brain barrier until around four months? That means all the Wi-Fi, smartwatches, and baby monitors can actually harm their little brains. Here’s what I do: First, get a timer for your Wi-Fi and turn it off every night. Easy fix. Second, ditch the baby monitor—those things are basically EMF factories, and you don’t want that near your baby while they sleep. And finally, consider getting some EMF-blocking gear like a Q Link necklace or the @somavedic_official. It’s a small investment for some peace of mind. Also, don’t forget proper nutrition. Load up on omega fatty acids and berries, especially if you’re breastfeeding. These help protect against the damage EMFs can cause.
