The deposit will be $1,300 if you have good history. If you have an eviction, it will add $1,300 to the deposit. If you have a bankruptcy, it will add $2,600 to the deposit. You must make at least $4,000 a month to qualify. We can get you qualified within one day. You do not pay anything until you have seen inside the house and are you sure you want it.
