Worshipful Brother Dennis Allen Tyler

July 26, 1948 - September 5, 2024
Brother Tyler, Past Master of Park Avenue Lodge 362, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024. Brother Tyler was initiated an Entered Apprentice Mason at Raleigh Lodge No. 770 on January 9, 2010, passed to the degree of Fellowcraft on February 22, 2010, and raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason on March 27, 2010. He joined Park Avenue Lodge No. 362 on August 15, 2014, when Raleigh Lodge 770 merged with Park Avenue 362. Brother Tyler was a member of Park Avenue York Rite bodies, the Memphis Scottish Rite, the Tennessee Lodge of Research, and several other organizations.

Worshipful Brother Dennis Tyler served with honor and distinction as Worshipful Master of Park Avenue Lodge No. 362 in 2018.
Visitation will be on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Ellendale Baptist Church, 3861 Broadway Rd, Bartlett, TN from 10 am to noon. Directly following visitation, Brother Tyler will be accompanied to the grave site at Bartlett Ellendale Cemetery, 7084 Old Memphis Arlington Road, just a few minutes from the church where religious, Masonic, and military services will be performed.
