So hey ya'll .... Memphis Mike here and I did this "thang". Some call it Cowboy beans and others call it FRIJOLES CHARROS Rancheros. I have a young lady at work and we have been swapping out food. Love the Mexican food she does. SOOO I decided to try this an have a "Bean Off". We let some others at work try both and there was definitely a difference .... Did I say her heritage is Mexican. So I did my Casa de Brown flip to my entry. Was told they were amazing and there would be no way folks would have a clue that the person who cooked these was not Mexican. May just be me but I think that is a win. Dried beans .... cooked in a broth I made from Pork neckbones. 4 meats including Mexican Beef Hot dogs and Chorizo.Used a ham bone for some extra goodies plus Jalapeno's from my humble garden
Check the pictures ... I ate this all day the other day they were so good. Finished all she gave me too :)
