Celebrating 2 Years with Mitchell Olson!

This month we’re celebrating Mitchell Olson, Associate AIA, on his 2-year anniversary at MNB! Mitchell’s creativity and dedication make a lasting impact across the wide variety of projects he contributes to.

What does he enjoy most about his role? Mitchell says he loves that “it’s never boring—there’s always a different type of project to work on and an opportunity to make an impact.”

One of his favorite memories was working on the KIA Dealership of Southaven—his first large project. Mitchell shared: “It was fun and exciting, and I learned so much about the inner workings of a car dealership and how design impacts the customer experience.”

Celebrating 3 Years with Cindy Sadler!

We’re thrilled to celebrate Cindy Sadler’s 3-year anniversary at MNB! As Director of Interior Design on our MNB Interiors team, Cindy brings passion, creativity, and heart to every project she touches.

When asked what she loves most, Cindy shared: “I enjoy getting to know each client and their hopes for a project, and there’s nothing better than watching a vision come to life and feeling the pride that comes with it.”

One of her favorite memories is the Germantown Baptist Church renovations—a two-year project she still smiles at every day as she drives by.
