Innovative Plans for Change

Parents and Parent Groups are the BIGGEST advocates for Innovative Plans for Change. When they see a need in their child's school... public/Charter/Private/Home/Micro... THEY step in ... even if it is for Professional Development about a certain issue.
I just had a parent stop me and let me KNOW "her child's school leader needs H-E-L-P and is trying to do too much on their own. ..slid her our card... she'll set up a consultation... and we'll work that thing out.
If you NEED something, SAY something! We may be miracle workers.. but certainly not mind readers :-)

Now that the "Back to school" honeymoon is over...let's carve out some time and space to celebrate what has BEEN working...and evaluate what needs a little tweaking... We are PROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS ...and we're here to help!
