A huge thank you to Mrs. Antwanette, the incredible team at Jasper Float Spa, and everyone who played a role in bringing Global Wellness Day to Memphis.

Despite Mother Nature cutting the day short, what was unfolding was something special: a community centered around joy, health, wellness, connection, and healing.

As both a wellness professional and a proud participant in Memphis’ growing health and wellness community, I’m grateful for events like this. This is exactly what our city needs: spaces where people can learn, grow, connect, and invest in themselves.

The rain may have won, but it shouldn’t stop us from supporting Global Wellness Day in 2027. I’m already looking forward to next year. More vendors, more guests, and even greater impact.

And for the record… I never got my 15-minute massage. 😒😂 But I’m not gonna stay salty.
