On the morning of January 26, 2007, she called out of work.

She was last seen waiting for a bus at 45th Street and Western Avenue.

By 2:15 p.m., her body was discovered on the roadside in the 8100 block of Tuscany Avenue in Playa del Rey.

She had suffered burns.
She may have been shot.

Whoever was responsible left her there.

Seventeen years have passed. Her family has been waiting through every season, every anniversary, every reminder of the life Nicole did not get to live.

She was not just a case file. She was a daughter. A friend. A young woman whose name still deserves to be spoken with dignity.

Who saw Nicole Harvey after she waited at that bus stop?
Who knows what happened between Western Avenue and Tuscany Avenue that afternoon?

Nicole Harvey was 21 years old. Her life ended violently, and her family is still seeking accountability for what happened on January 26, 2007.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin | August 15, 1991

Lisa Flowers was 23 years old.

On August 15, 1991, she went to work in Milwaukee as she normally did. When her shift ended, she left.

She never came home.

There were no known phone calls after that. No confirmed sightings. No public explanation for what happened.

Lisa was last seen wearing a white shirt, black jeans, and black shoes.

She is described as 5’6” tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds at the time of her disappearance.

More than 30 years later, her case remains unsolved. Publicly available details are limited, and no resolution has been announced.
