U.S. Army Specialist David E. Hickman,assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division died in Baghdad, Iraq, from wounds suffered when insurgents detonated an improvised explosive device near his vehicle.

Today’s workout is dedicated to U.S. SGT. Zachary Teller who pulled two paratroopers out of vehicle to safety after the vehicle drove over and detonated a bomb. After he saved the lives of the paratroopers, he hopped into the turret and returned fire to help those escape. We honor him with The “Teller” Workout.
