We’re closely monitoring weather conditions as we head into the weekend and will share updates as needed to support the safety of our patients and staff. Thank you for trusting us with your care.

West Cancer Center Patients:

As we approach the weekend, our leadership team will be monitoring weather conditions closely and making decisions about clinic operations on a day to day basis. At this time, we anticipate being open on Friday.

Should conditions become hazardous on Monday, we will adjust operations as needed to ensure safe access for you and our staff. If weather conditions require us to change our hours or close, you will receive an automated message thru our reminder system. Once operations normalize, our team will be in touch to reschedule your impacted appointments.

To help you plan ahead, we encourage the following:

• Check our website-westcancercenter.org and our Facebook and Instagram pages for real time updates on clinic hours and delays.

• If you need to pick up prescriptions or treatment related medications, please call ahead before Friday at noon so we can prepare them for early pickup.

• If you prefer to reschedule an appointment that may be affected by weather, our team is happy to assist. Please call 901.683.0055
