08/06/23 Breaking my fast from last evening….
Oatmeal: 1 cup= 0
Almond milk 2 cups=340mg
Peanut butter 2 Tablespoons =140mg
1 Whole egg=70mg
6Tbsp of egg whites =150mg
700 mg of sodium with just breakfast…I’m going to look for a peanut butter without sodium and cut down my almond butter milk to 1 cup. Replacing the second cup with water, that should help lower the sodium.
