We're bundled up in the South this week — the kind of snow/ice that stops everything and makes you pause. It got me thinking.
🧊❄️ Did you know there are glaciers on the equator? ❄️🧊
Mount Kenya, the second-highest peak in Africa, rises over 17,000 feet into the sky. Crowned with 11 ancient glaciers and surrounded by deep forests and moorland, it's one of the most breathtaking landscapes in East Africa. Elephants still roam its slopes. Rare endemic flowers bloom where few expect them.

It all started with just one humble snack—the samosa. My cousin and I became affectionately known as the "samosas girls." 👯♀️
Late nights, small batches, big dreams. We folded each samosa with love, served them, and watched smiles spread. 😋
