**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new accounts for our pre-employment drug testing and background check services. Your focus will be on developing relationships with key industries including factories, trucking companies, schools, nursing schools, and employment agencies within Memphis and up to 75 miles in surrounding areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and identify potential clients in the target industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at factories, trucking companies, schools, nursing schools, and employment agencies.
- Present and promote our drug testing and background check services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to ensure long-term business relationships.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the HR, staffing, or safety compliance sectors.
- Strong understanding of pre-employment drug testing and background check services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-only role.
- Ability to travel within Memphis and surrounding areas (up to 75 miles).

**Compensation:**
- This is a commission-only position, offering a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential.
