Meet mural artist Lance Behringer and join representatives from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, American Legion Post 420, and the Daughters of the American Revolution of Brevard for this special event.
Guests are also encouraged to bring worn or tattered American flags for proper retirement through the official American Legion Post 420 Flag Retirement Program.
