7:30am --Arrive at VBHS

9:30am --Prelims Performance Time

11:00am --Lunch at Concession (Bring $$)

1:00pm-3:00pm --Watch other competing bands

*3:15pm --Prelims Awards Ceremony

4:30pm --Dinner (Sandwiches provided by PBIMPA)

6:30pm (Estimation) --Finals Performance Time

10:15pm --Finals Awards

11:00pm --Depart for PBHS

11:45pm --Arrive at PBHS

12:00am -Dismissal

*If we do not make it into Finals, the schedule will be as follows:

4:30 --Dinner (Sandwiches provided by PBIMPA)

5:15pm --Depart for PBHS

6:00pm --Arrive at PBHS

1:40pm --Arrive at MIHS
3:00pm --Performance Time
4:00pm --Dinner at Concession (Bring $$)
6:00pm -9:00pm --Watch other competing bands
9:15pm --Awards Ceremony
10:00pm --Depart for PBHS
10:40pm --Arrive at PBHS
11:00pm -Dismissal

REMINDERS:
-Coupon Book orders are due on MONDAY 4/15 (LETS HIT OUR GOAL!!!!!!)
-Extended deadline for banquet orders is MONDAY 4/15
