Did you know that our top reason for patient admission in 2025 was pet attacks? ❤️‍🩹As sad as it is, many of our wild friends get picked up by our at-home furry friends pretty often. Whether a nest of bunnies was found by the family cat, or a baby Gopher Tortoise was mistaken for a tennis ball by a dog, any wild animal that comes into contact with your pet's mouth should be brought into FWH if it is safe to do so. Even if the critter doesn't look injured, the bacteria in your pet's mouth can be harmful to them. If you don't know what to do, please call the front office at (321) 254-8843. Exclusion specialist Will along with our GM Mike helped a customer get these baby raccoons out of a customer's attic today. They were safely dropped off at a local rescue to be taken care of. (the raccoons, not Mike and Will 😉)
