Congratulations to Paris on earning her blue belt!!

Paris is a phenomenal addition to the Control Jiu Jitsu team. She is tough as nails, a great positive influence, and is never without a smiling face and a tough roll for anyone. She is always looking to grow and progress, and lift her training partners up along with her.

Earning promotions under this team of coaches is no small feat! Our women's team is starting to roll deep in the colored belt ranks, watch out 👀

In addition to the array of excellent classes on Mondays, we've now added a 6:30pm MMA Fundamentals class with coach

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5-530pm, there's also now an "Ask Me Anything" session with coach .

Our mat space is nearly DOUBLING next month! It's an honor to be able to expand our offerings and provide our students the training they need, when they need it, no matter what that looks like.
