Don’t play the scene in your head. Play the scene you’re actually in. 🎭

It’s easy to jump ahead, overthink, predict, panic, spiral, mentally pack a suitcase and flee the country. Classic Tuesday behavior. ✈️😂

But in improv, your job is to stay present. Listen to your scene partner. Notice what’s happening. Respond honestly.

Turns out, that works pretty well offstage too. 🙃

Stay in the moment. The next moment will show up when it gets here. ✨
