👔✨ Professional Clothing Swap = SUCH a fun event!

This past week, we had the pleasure of vending at a Professional Clothing Swap put on by Space Swap weVENTURE Groundswell Startups and loved every minute of it. The location was perfect, and the event was packed with incredible people supporting our community.

We saw so many familiar faces, including Marifer from CAMID, who helps our members get into summer camps, a representative from Fifth Third Bank, who partners with us to teach our GED students about finances and banking skills, and Staci Sullivan, who created a personalized custom piece for WAYS to help raise awareness and support fundraising efforts. We were thrilled to pick out professional clothing to bring back to our office to support our members making moves in their career pathways. 🙌

It was also amazing seeing The Women’s Center tabling and connecting with so many other local organizations and entrepreneurs. From networking with inspiring people to learning from speakers, and even a seamstress to tailor clothes — this event had it all!

Such a community-driven, empowering, and fun event. We’re so glad to have been part of it! 💼💖
