As we move out of the darkness into the light, I celebrate with the traditional 108 sun salutations, counting by chocolate! How are you celebrating? Every 9 salutations I dedicate or give gratitude to something that inspires me during that flow. And then I celebrate with the last chocolate at the end. ( no, I don’t eat them all😂).
