Additionally, his team was in limbo for 3 days while we worked with the city to complete the Point of Sale inspection, so we weren't even sure if we would close until the following week. Within an 8 hour time period everything fell in to place and they were able to help me close early! I was very impressed. It was also my first time using a VA loan and Kurt was very knowledgeable and answered my millions of questions. It's the second time I've used Kurt and Guild and was still happy with my experience the second time around.
