Gridirne Cookery

It's July! From the 3rd to the 6th we did 7 parties including the Chippewa Lake Lion's Club Parade. And not a single picture. This year we sent 3 rigs through the parade. Everyone of them smoking and smelling good. My crew and their family's had a blast. We threw 1000 freeze pops to the crowd. Of course and always we made up 350 foil wrapped pork sliders and threw them to the crowd!
Locals really look forward to seeing us there.

June 27th. Vi Vi's Drive for a Cure fundraiser golf outing at the Chippewa Golf Club in Doylestown. We have had the privilege to roast for this event for ages.
We served up pork, scalloped potatoes, sweet corn, baked beans, pasta salad, coleslaw and dinner rolls for 170 hungry golfers. And boy, can they eat.

June 26th. Corporate open house for Koroseal in Medina.
210 people with pork and chicken. Sides are mac & cheese and red skin potatoes and a nice salad. Throw in some hamburgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers. Quite the spread to impress customers.
