On June 30, 2026, Mayor Joi and the Borough hosted officials from the Suichang County China delegation with a cultural exchange meeting and tour of the State Street District. In addition to the delegation, attendees included Delaware County Councilperson Elaine Paul Schafer, Delco EDC Executive Director Laura Goodrich Cairns, Media Business Authority Executive Director Dave Fairman, SINO America Business & Travel Association Executive Director James Zhang, and DENO International Education Consultants, LLC Vivian Han.
