Ed & Jim, along with their colleagues on the Springfield Township Board of Commissioners, recently participated in the Springfield Fire Company’s Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting. We always enjoy being involved with such a great community event!

Kennedy Kelly LLP would like to congratulate Jim's son Jackson on his commitment to play DI lacrosse at Towson University! Jackson is a goalie for Springfield (Delco) High School. He is also the quarterback of the high school's football team and will lead them against Garnet Valley in a district playoff game tonight. Good luck tonight and in your senior season in the spring!

It has been a great 4 Years! We closed so many business, commercial real estate and student housing deals this past year, and moved into our new offices. For year 5, we are looking forward to working with our incredible clients as we get ready to expand. Big things ahead!

Partner James Kennedy represented the developer, The Michaels Organization, in connection with the financing and development of The Summit on Juniper, which is a 309-unit student living community in Lebanon, New Hampshire, designed to accommodate more than 630 graduate students at Dartmouth College. As part of the representation, Mr. Kennedy negotiated a Ground Lease, a Development Agreement, and a Management Agreement, as well as a Joint Venture Agreement with an equity partner.
