Meet Erin. Erin had hired me remotely so she can get in shape for her wedding in July. We meet once every other week and do a full body workout using bands, dumbbells and our favorite…a balance ball. When we are not working out together, Erin does some of the workouts I have created for her and my other clients or follows along with the videos of my workouts I have shared with her.
