Sunlight, movement, and nervous system support ☀️🌿

Movement is about so much more than a workout. It can improve strength, posture, balance, mobility, breathing, coordination, and even the way you feel in your body each day.

One of the most overlooked parts of fitness is consistency. Gentle, intentional movement done regularly can be more beneficial than pushing your body to exhaustion once in a while. ✨

Mondays at 10:30 AM starting in May.

If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates—or getting back into a consistent movement routine—this class was created for you.

We slow things down so you can focus on building a strong foundation: alignment, core connection, and controlled movement. You’ll be guided through every exercise with options and modifications so you can move in a way that feels supportive for your body.
