"This old guy racked up over 10,000 steps in the parking lot. Several new folks. It's my favorite day of the week.

On average there are about 2250 steps per mile. So Friday was a 5 miler. It's good for me and I love it."

It’s another beautiful day at Set Free Services! We have our food pantry operating, hot refreshments, clothing, showers, laundry and toiletries.

Our volunteers are amazing individuals who love to serve. It blesses their lives.

It was a cold day this Friday, December 12 at Set Free Services, but our volunteers came out to make sure all who came were served.

We had Street Dogs come and they were very popular.

We are thankful to our partner service organizations for making Fridays a great experience.

There will be no services this Friday at Set Free Services in honor of the Thanksgiving season.

We want to give our volunteers and staff well earned time of.

We’ll be back next week with our shower, laundry, hot breakfast, refreshments, clothing and food pantry services!

Our volunteers have so much fun working together and serving the community.

It like having a family and families celebrate together. Today (Friday, November 21, 2025) we celebrated Teddie and Carolyn's birthdays. Both come regularly even though they are in their 80's!

Perhaps you need a family to serve with? Consider coming on a Friday to volunteer. We start with our prayer circle at 9:00 am. We are located at 1032 W Main in Medford.

We can use help with our food or clothing ministry.
