Just wanna put this on here for all of the people who live in Medford Oregon on our renting and considering places to rent I won’t name the place, but you can figure it out on your own my husband I live off of State and Murphy when you turn onto Murphy, we don’t live on the right side we live on the left side and for the past year and a half or more, we have been subject to harassment threats of violence, attempted violent attacks, continual harassment, verbal, swearing threats when we enter or leave our home and the rental company has failed to do a thing about it. Two weeks ago they told us she was gonna be served with eviction notice, but because she mentally ill Oregon can’t evict someone because they are mentally ill, but you can serve them not to cure or resolve the violations that they are committing along with a 14 day notice to evict them. If they do not comply, this company has failed to protect us, and we are being forced to leave our residence to protect our safety, if you’re planning on renting in this area, please choose carefully and look at the reviews
