When .am.leahmarie reached out about this session, my excitement was through the roof! Even as a non service member, I could feel the heart and the need behind what she was creating. 🫶

was born from Leah’s lived experience and the mental weight that often comes with life in uniform. When she couldn’t find something that helped her pause, reflect, and reconnect with who she is beyond rank, she decided to create it herself!

Her affirmation cards are simple, intentional, and deeply thoughtful. Each one is paired with reflection prompts designed to help service members slow down, check in, and care for their mental and emotional well being.

This is purpose driven work. And it matters!
