Kids love it because they get to run, jump, climb, kick, spin and basically be kids! Parents love it because their kids get to burn off energy and exercise while having fun, and as a bonus learn tenets such as self-discipline, confidence, and respect. At NinjaTrix your ninja will learn Martial Arts, Gymnastics and Parkour, giving them a great foundation for all sports!

Parents - what if your kid loved to exercise?

In Parkour classes, kids love to move because they aren't judged by how fast they run, or how "athletic" they are.

What parents have told us is that they don’t really care if their child is good at "sports". What they truly want is an activity that makes their child more confident, healthier, and happier (things that actually matter in life).

That’s why in Motion Mebane’s Parkour classes, we won’t compare your child to someone else’s, or make them “ride the bench” if they aren’t good enough.

We’ll guide them to find and harness their own strengths. They’ll engage with others in the group and learn how to work with a team, but they’ll be held to their own personal standard. This will help them break through their own self-limiting beliefs and teach them overcome any obstacles in their way.

They'll gain strength, build perseverance and learn about their bodies and minds. But the best part: they'll take the lessons they learn in Parkour with them for the rest of their lives.

Now, don’t get us wrong- plenty of kids take Parkour at Motion and turn into backflipping superstars. But even if your child doesn’t, they’ll still make new friends, learn determination and focus, and most of all, feel like they have somewhere to belong.
