Yesterday was the first day of Rainbow week cooking camp! All 9 campers made homemade pork and veggie wontons and stir fry rice with cake pops for dessert! Day 2 today will smash avocados and make with pinwheel sandwich's and a 5 fruit sugar cookie pizza for dessert.

Menu: Sit back and relax with our bottomless mimosa and coffee bar while your child whips up a delicious brunch for you to enjoy with them! We will make spanakopita with tzatziki dip as an appetizer. For brunch we will make an orzo pasta salad with mini-Greek meatballs. Dessert will be delicious homemade cheesecake bites with chocolate shavings.
